Base pay range

$18.00/hr - $20.00/hr

We are a casually elegant salon seeking a proactive team leader to drive sales, nurture team growth, and uphold 5-star service standards. Our ideal Client Service Lead thrives on anticipating client needs, maintaining precision in reservations and inventory management, and orchestrating seamless operational success. In addition to overseeing our team, this role may involve assisting with social media engagement and merchandising. The successful candidate must be available to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests at the front desk, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls and taking messages as needed.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and calendar management.
  • Utilize computer skills to maintain records and process transactions efficiently.
  • Ensure the front office area is organized and welcoming for clients and guests.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and phone etiquette skills
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Organizational and clerical skills
  • Ability to manage calendars and perform data entry
  • Ability to mulitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in basic computer skills
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or personal assistant is a plus
  • Knowledge of the beauty industry is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
