Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous hotel/front desk experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Remain calm and professional during busy periods or emergencies.
• Work with internal and external customers with patience and diplomacy.
• Perform additional duties or projects as assigned.

What Will You Be Doing?

As a Front Desk Clerk, you will be responsible for delivering prompt, courteous, and professional service while managing front desk operations. Key responsibilities include:
