Vail Resorts is hiring in Ludlow, VT for the winter season 2026/27. Front Desk Associates are the face of the hotel, greeting guests, checking in/out, and resolving needs to ensure a memorable stay.

Starting wage is $20.00–$23.00 per hour, with full-time and part-time hours available. This winter seasonal role includes access to employee perks, discounts, and development opportunities through Epic Service training.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
• Somewhat strong computer skills.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Housing availability: No.
