FRONT DESK AGENT

The purpose of the Guest Services/Front Desk Agent position is to provide guests with a positive first and last impression as both greeters of new guests and well-wishes to departing ones. See below for more details. This is a great opportunity to be a part of an organization that values our team members as our most important resource and takes pride in selecting individuals who help us achieve our club's mission.

Compensation: $17.00 - $18.00 / hour

Essential Functions:
  • Welcome guests, register them in the computer system, assist them in a friendly manner, and resolve any challenges to exceed their expectations.
  • Inform guests about the property and its amenities in detail.
  • Answer phones professionally and courteously, assisting guest needs as they arise.
  • Anticipate guest needs in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Remain calm under pressure, maintaining professionalism and courtesy when interacting with guests.
  • Stand for continuous periods of time.
  • Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
  • Experience as a Front Desk Agent.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
