About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Staybridge Suites hotel in Houston, TX. Responsibilities include managing guest arrivals and departures, handling reservations, and addressing guest inquiries and concerns.

Responsibilities:

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests; issue room keys and provide directions.
• Manage incoming mail and faxes for guests.
• Respond to inquiries about hotel services, reservations, and local recommendations.
• Maintain records of room availability and guest accounts.
• Compute bills, process payments, and make change.
• Make, confirm, and cancel reservations.

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent is preferred.
• Experience in customer service is required.
