Responsibilities

• Welcome guests entering La Colombe d'Or and escort them to the appropriate area.
• Be present on the lobby floor and interact warmly with guests by name in public areas and while handling requests.
• Speak to guests with clear, professional, and respectful language at all times.
• Efficiently check-in and check-out guests, handle payments, apply credits, and use the Property Management System accurately.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and special arrangements with keen attention to detail in a timely manner.
• Handle in-room dining calls and orders with in-depth knowledge of food and beverage menus.
• Address guest interactions with top hospitality standards and accommodate special requests when possible.
• Resolve customer complaints and assist with hotel services, hours, events, directions, etc.
• Answer phone calls promptly to place reservations, upsell hotel services, amenities and packages.
• Maintain front-of-house cleanliness and organization to reflect luxury standards.
• Uphold security and privacy standards to ensure guest safety and confidentiality.
• Foster a friendly, professional, and luxury-oriented atmosphere for guests.
• Understand emergencies procedures, safety, and critical thinking.
• Promote safety by observing, correcting and reporting hazards promptly.
• Assist guests with restaurant reservations and seating arrangements.
• Restock minibar for guest rooms.

Job Purpose:

The HotelAmbassador assists guests with overall guest experience. All team members at LaColombe d'Or will anticipate guests' needs and assist throughout their stay asneeded to ensure they enjoy a memorable stay.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for thewelcome of all guests that enter La Colombe d'Or, escorting them to theappropriate area.
