Job Description

We are looking for an ambassador of hospitality, ensuring that every guest's journey begins and ends with a positive and memorable impression of our resort. Your dedication to excellent customer service and meticulous attention to detail contribute to the overall success of our establishment.

As a Front Desk Agent, you will:

  1. Greet guests warmly upon arrival, facilitating smooth check-in procedures
  2. Efficiently register guests, ensuring accurate information and assigning suitable rooms
  3. Issue room keys and provide necessary instructions to the guest
  4. Manage telephone communications by transmitting and receiving messages professionally
  5. Offer assistance with inquiries regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and travel guidance
  6. Maintain up-to-date records of room availability and guest accounts for efficient management
  7. Handle billing procedures, including computing bills, collecting payments, and providing change
  8. Take reservations and confirm bookings promptly and accurately
  9. Record and post charges to guest ledgers, including room rates and additional services
  10. Conduct nightly bucket checks to ensure guest satisfaction and comfort
  11. Demonstrate active listening skills and provide effective solutions to guests' concerns and issues

Qualifications
  1. Must be able to lift up to 15lbs and stand for long periods of time
  2. Must have excellent customer service skills
  3. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  4. Valid Drivers License
  5. Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States
