A leading hotel in Frisco is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Clerk to manage guest check-ins and check-outs, resolve complaints, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have prior hotel experience and a commitment to guest satisfaction, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere in a fast-paced environment.
The Front Desk Clerk is responsible for assisting guests with check-in and check-out, answers and processes all phone calls received, plus handles all special requests for services or information, in accordance with standard policies and procedures.
