Overview

We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our Guest Services team as Guest Services Agents. The ideal candidate will use their engaging personality to create memorable first impressions and throughout the guest’s stay. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, assisting with luggage, providing hotel and local area information, and helping guests to their rooms.

Your Role

• Help guests discover their “Wanderlust” experience
• Provide exceptional customer service with genuine interest
• Welcome guests and assist with arrivals, including opening doors and escorting to check-in
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles as requested
• Escort guests and luggage to rooms, explaining amenities and hotel fun facts
• Work with team members to ensure personalized guest experiences
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entrance area
• Go beyond the norm to
