Role Summary

The Front Desk Agent ensures guests enjoy a friendly arrival and departure experience, addressing all needs and requests efficiently and hospitably.

Responsibilities
  • Efficient check-in/out process for guests
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room rates and promotions
  • Receive and note all incoming mail during shifts
Qualifications
  • Experience in hospitality or related fields preferred
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to follow guidelines and work under pressure
  • Effective communication and guest service skills
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Willingness to work varied shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Proficiency in English
