Front Desk Agent - Historic Hilton Hotel

Job Details
  • Greet and communicate cordially with guests, promptly and professionally checking them in and out of the hotel. Assist in pre-registration and blocking of reservations when necessary.
  • Promptly, accurately, and efficiently post all charges.
  • Have complete working knowledge of the Front Office computer or manual system, including all daily transactions and less frequent tasks.
  • Manage cash handling accurately, including receiving cash, checks, and credit card information for hotel charges and making correct change.
  • Review reservations with special requests and work to block rooms accordingly.
  • Understand hotel rates, discounts, and their handling.
  • Know reservation procedures, including taking same-day reservations quickly, and follow cancellation and relocation procedures when necessary.
