The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing superior guest service to patrons of our hotel casino by greeting and assisting with the registration process and answering questions pertaining to the hotel operations. Additional duties include handling cash and credit transactions, selling gift shop items, and maintaining accurate guest information. Performs additional job duties as assigned by the department manager.
Starts at $19.86/hr and increases to $20.96/hr after successful completion of a 90-day orientation period. This full-time position offers excellent employer-paid medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits.
All applicants must obtain a Class III B license as required by the Puyallup Tribal Gaming Regulatory Office and the Washington State Gaming Commission. Pre-employment drug testing is required for all positions. The use of marijuana will not disqualify an applicant unless the position involves driving a company vehicle.
