In this role, you will:

  • Ensure guest satisfaction by crafting seamless experiences from arrival to departure
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest questions and requests
  • Handle multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Resolve guest concerns with attentive service recovery
Physical Demands
  • Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 10 lbs
  • Stand for the majority of the shift
Qualifications

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:

  • One year of Front Desk experience in hotels preferred
  • One year of customer service or guest-facing role required
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Experience with hotel PMS systems is a plus
