Job summary

DoubleTree Dallas Near the Galleria is seeking an entry-level Guest Service Agent to greet guests, relay hotel updates, and provide local area information. You’ll act as a guest advocate, handle requests, and help maintain a welcoming environment.

The role requires friendly communication, the ability to handle conflicts gracefully, and a flexible schedule, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays. Prior guest service experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 1 year guest service agent experience.
• Genuine desire to create memorable experiences for guests.
• Willingness to think outside the box.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Comfortable using a phone and basic office equipment.
• Complete required training within 30 days.
• Stand through entire shift.
• Read, write, and communicate with guests.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities
