Job summary

Spire hotel in Denver is seeking a Front Desk associate to deliver best-in-class guest service at check-in and check-out, and to promptly respond to guest questions. You will handle calls and assist guests with a welcoming and professional attitude.

Requirements include at least a high school diploma and 1 year in front desk or guest-facing roles; proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel is desirable. FOSSE PMS experience is a plus. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• One year of Front Desk experience in hotels preferred.
• One year of experience working in customer service or a guest-facing role required.
• Confident utilizing MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Previous experience with FOSSE PMS systems a plus.

Essential Job Functions:

• Provide our guests with the best-in-class service while being engaging, and thoughtful

• Hourly wage: $19.29 - $19.50
• Flexible schedule to include AM ( 6am - 2pm) & PM (2pm - 10 pm) shifts required.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force
• Primarily standing for working shift
