Job Overview
The Front Desk Agent is the first point of contact for guests and clients entering the establishment. They are responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all visitors.
What You'll Be Doing
Skills And Abilities
High school diploma or equivalent. Guest service skills, basic accounting, hospitality industry familiarity. Calm under pressure. Proficient with computers, phones, and office equipment. Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
Working Conditions & Physical Effort
Physical tasks include standing, walking, climbing, bending, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Work may involve exposure to temperature extremes, chemicals, dirt, fumes, odors, loud noises. Safety precautions and protective equipment are required.
