Job summary

Extended Stay Premier Pittsburgh in Cranberry Township, PA is seeking a proactive Hotel Front Desk Attendant to welcome guests, handle check-ins/outs, and uphold the property’s vision and values. The role requires strong multitasking and a guest-focused mindset to ensure a seamless experience.

You will answer guest queries, coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance, balance cash, and operate the hotel switchboard.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front desk or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and guest interaction skills.
• Ability to balance cash and prepare simple reports.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Hotel Front Desk Attendant who will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a positive and lasting impression. You will handle all aspects of a guest's stay, from check-in to check-out, while embodying our property’s vision, mission, and core values. Your multitasking skills and guest-focused mentality will be key to ensuring a seamless experience.

• Answer queries regarding the hotel’s services, charges, dining facilities, sports facilities, and travel directions
• Greet guests and patrons to find out their room needs as well as the reason for their visit and manage the registration process
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address and resolve guest concerns promptly.
• Balance cash at the end of the shift and generate accounting reports for the benefit of the next shift
• Operate hotel switchboard, take calls and provide information and transfer calls
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
• Proficiency in internet software, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint

• Strong customer service skills with a guest-focused approach.

Compensation

$17 hourly
