KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

2. Communication: Convey information effectively, address guest inquiries promptly, and communicate clearly with guests and team members.

4. Multitasking Ability: Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently.
5. Financial Skills: Understand and work with financial information, performing basic arithmetic as needed.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.
