Description

We are searching for an enthusiastic, service-focused hotel front desk agent to join our guest services team. You’ll welcome guests, manage accounts, answer inquiries, and field complaints to ensure we deliver an excellent experience to every guest. Full-Time roles require full availability, including weekends.

Compensation
  • $18/hour

Responsibilities
  • Take incoming calls, online and in-person room bookings requests, and answer questions about guests’ needs involving room rates, available rooms, amenities, rewards programs, and special requests
  • Work with the housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are ready for new guests
  • Field customer complaints when necessary
  • Give every guest a warm welcome, check them in, and check them out when they leave, ensuring you provide the correct keys and room numbers
  • Perform regular bookkeeping duties: make sure hotel guest information is current and correct
Qualifications
  • Hilton proprietary software experience preferred
  • Experience in a hotel is highly preferred
  • Possess a positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service to our guests
  • Demonstrate the ability to multitask, be detail-oriented, and be able to problem-solve to effectively assist internal and external customers
  • Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying the issues raised by co-workers and guests.
  • Must be able to work with and understand financial information and data, and basic arithmetic functions
  • Experience handling cash, accounting procedures, and general administrative tasks
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating, maintenance instructions procedure manuals
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence, as well as dates/times
  • Ability to apply deductive skills to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Ability to problem solve with concrete variables in standardized situations
