The organization provides comprehensive treatment for men with poly-substance use disorders, including co-occurring medical and mental health conditions, in a non-judgmental, trauma-informed environment. ATC offers medical withdrawal management, comfort medications for detoxification, and a 28–30-day residential program focused on education, healing, and tools for long-term sobriety. Clients participate in dual-diagnosis treatment addressing underlying mental health issues, followed by a transitional phase with 24-hour support, 12-step participation, clinical group sessions, and case management to support reintegration into the community.
Role Description The Front Desk Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Indianapolis (Zionsville), responsible for creating a welcoming and organized environment for clients, visitors, and staff. Day-to-day tasks include greeting and checking in clients, answering and directing phone calls, managing appointment scheduling, and maintaining accurate records and logs. The role also involves handling incoming and outgoing mail and faxes, coordinating with clinical and administrative teams, and ensuring front office supplies and materials are stocked and organized. The Front Desk Administrator supports intake processes, assists with basic administrative tasks such as data entry and document preparation, and upholds confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions, contributing to a calm and supportive atmosphere for individuals in treatment.
