Workdays: Monday - Friday
Work Hours: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Location: Del Rio Office, 106 Mires St. Del Rio, TX, 78840

Summary:
The Administrative Associate will be responsible for assisting the organization with a variety of daily tasks to ensure successful operations in all areas. The Administrative Associate will need to demonstrate the ability to multitask, handle confidential information with discretion, and utilize significant amounts of independent judgment. Due to limited staffing, the Administrative Associate shall have front desk duties which makes this individual the first point of contact that a visitor has when they arrive at Catholic Charities. The Administrative Assistant works closely with the Director and performs tasks necessary for continued operations – Mission Advancement, Administration, and Programs. The individual is organized, positive, takes initiative, and can handle multiple and varied tasks at a time.
