We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced, digital work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage emails, calendars, and schedule appointments
  2. Prepare reports, documents, and presentations
  3. Perform data entry and maintain internal records
  4. Coordinate communication between departments and partners
  5. Support the content team with administrative tasks
  6. Assist with social media scheduling and tracking
  7. Handle miscellaneous tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
