This role coordinates routine administrative activities, supports office operations, and helps ensure professional and welcoming experience for visitors and employees.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, and service-oriented, with strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple administrative priorities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
The Administrative Assistant provides front desk and general administrative support to the Executive Office. Responsibilities include greeting and announcing visitors, coordinating international travel for the CEO, CFO and Chief General Council and providing light administrative support to Corporate Services executives.
