DAY-TO-DAY

This full-time entry-level administrative position in our office works from 12 PM to 8 PM, Monday to Friday with weekends off.

As a Front Desk Administrative Assistant, you serve as the face of our car dealership. As guests enter the showroom, you utilize your exceptional customer service skills to warmly welcome them and make sure they feel at ease. Similarly, when customers contact the establishment for information, you promptly and efficiently respond to the phone call and transfer it to the appropriate staff member. You maintain a calm and professional demeanor when speaking to customers, even when they're upset with the service they've received.

Furthermore, you undergo cross-training to provide support for our back desk operations and are willing to undertake any duties that arise. Additionally, you are responsible for issuing temporary tags via our online system and maintaining deal folders, ensuring they are prepared for our sales team to use. Our front desk area is always clean and tidy under your watch. You enjoy using your strong administrative and office skills to keep our office operating smoothly. Your hard work keeps our dealership running at optimal levels!
