Job summary

Nashville Toyota North in Nashville, TN is seeking a motivated Auto Sales - Product Specialist for a full-time role. You will engage customers, understand their needs, and match them with the right vehicle, guiding them through features and performance and arranging engaging test drives.

You will handle paperwork with precision and participate in regular training to stay current with new models and features, while contributing to a high-energy sales environment and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work retail hours including weekends.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and determine their needs.
• Demonstrate features, options, and performance of vehicles.
• Guide customers through test drives and explain financing options.
• Complete paperwork accurately and coordinate with the finance team.

YOUR DAY

As an Auto Sales - Product Specialist, you're constantly engaged-connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and matching them with the right vehicle. You welcome each guest warmly, listen closely to what they're looking for, and confidently guide them through features, options, and performance capabilities. You offer test drives that help them feel the excitement behind the wheel and make informed decisions. Once they're ready to move forward, you handle the paperwork with precision and professionalism before handing it off to the finance team. Beyond the sales floor, you participate in regular training sessions to refine your skills, set personal goals, and stay current with new models and features.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Valid driver's license
• Possess a genuine attitude, desire, work ethic, and a high level of competency
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work retail hours (sometimes up to 10-12 hours a day)
• Ability to be on your feet for long periods
• Ability to attend all scheduled training sessions
