Job summary

The role involves front-desk responsibilities, patient engagement, insurance verification, and coordinating appointments while supporting a dynamic dental team.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish, with dental practice management software experience, and willing to travel up to 25% to support multiple work

Qualifications

• Previous dental experience preferred.
• Experience with dental practice management software (Open Dental/Dentrix) helpful.
• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Active, valid Driver's License may be required for travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Engage and entertain patients with a BIG personality.
• Educate patients and the community through ongoing outreach.
• Collect information to verify insurance eligibility.
• Ensure patient payments are collected at time of service.
• Input data to create insurance claims.
• Gather patient health history as required.
• Schedule daily appointments.
• Obtain pre-authorizations for treatment when needed.
• Support your team.
• Daily housekeeping duties and other tasks as assigned.

The company’s team of 100+ award-winning doctors provide a full range of general dentistry, orthodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and board-certified pediatric dental services Rodeo locations throughout the United States.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous dental experience is preferred
• Dental practice management software (Open Dental/Dentrix) experience helpful
• Bilingual (Spanish) is required
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
• This position may require the employee to use his/her personal vehicle to travel to different work sites during the course of the work day, which means you would need an active, valid Driver's License.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Must bring that BIG personality to engage and entertain our patients
• Educate our patients and surrounding community through ongoing outreach efforts
• Collect the appropriate information from our patients to verify insurance eligibility
• Ensure patient payments are collected at time of service.

• Gather patient health history as required

• Support your team
• Daily housekeeping (will be shared with other staff)
• Performs all other duties as assigned

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Prolonged sitting and standing as needed
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs
