Rodeo Dental & Orthodontics is seeking a patient‑oriented Front Desk Administrator to join our growing multi‑specialty team. You will greet patients, verify insurance, schedule appointments, and collect payments.

The role requires bilingual Spanish and will involve travel to multiple sites up to 25% of the time; a valid driver’s license is often needed. New grads welcome with growth opportunities and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Previous dental experience is preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish is required.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Active driver’s license may be required for travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage patients with a positive, big personality.
• Educate patients and the community through outreach.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect patient information.
• Ensure payments are collected at time of service.
• Enter data to create insurance claims.
• Gather patient health history as required.
• Schedule daily appointments and coordinate calendar.
• Arrange pre-authorizations for treatments.
• Support team and assist with daily duties.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous dental experience is preferred
• Dental practice management software (Open Dental/Dentrix) experience helpful
• Bilingual (Spanish) is required
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
• This position may require the employee to use his/her personal vehicle to travel to different work sites during the course of the work day, which means you would need an active, valid Driver's License.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Must bring that BIG personality to engage and entertain our patients
• Educate our patients and surrounding community through ongoing outreach efforts
• Collect the appropriate information from our patients to verify insurance eligibility
• Ensure patient payments are collected at time of service.
• Input the required data to create insurance claims
• Gather patient health history as required
• Schedule appointments with our patients daily
• Gather the appropriate data to obtain pre-authorizations for treatment
• Support your team
• Daily housekeeping (will be shared with other staff)
• Performs all other duties as assigned

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Prolonged sitting and standing as needed
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs
