Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with office software; able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR; able to pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, manage switchboard, and transfer calls.
• Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Sort and distribute mail; maintain office supplies.
• File dealership paperwork and perform light administrative duties.
• Other duties as assigned.
