Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with multi-line phone system and effective communication with the public, staff and residents.
• Minimum typing speed 35 wpm.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel required.
• Experience with inventory tracking and distribution of office supplies.
• Good organizational and filing skills; operate and maintain office machines.

Responsibilities

• Greet and route visitors; maintain Visitor Confidentiality Statement and Visitor Log.
• Answer incoming calls; direct to appropriate party and take timely messages.
• Provide general clerical support to HR and Accounts Payable as assigned.
• Monitor office supply inventory; organize storage and data entry.
• Cross-train with HR to assist with personnel duties and AP tasks.
• Maintain a safe work environment and promote teamwork.
