Krumly Dental Care in Seattle, WA is seeking a dedicated Dental Receptionist to join our team. The role focuses on scheduling, patient communication, and accurate record-keeping to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Receptionist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic while providing exceptional care to our patients. Pay

• $26 - $30 per hour

Salary based on Experience.

Shift & Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• Day shift

Work Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
• Some Saturdays (1, or 2 per month if needed)

Requirements

• License & Certification: Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant
• Years of Professional Experience: Experienced Dental receptionist / admin with 1+ years of practice

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Manage patient flow by preparing treatment rooms and ensuring all necessary materials are readily available.
• If needed, Assist the dentist during various procedures, including examinations, fillings, and extractions, crown preps, implant placements, root canals, oral surgery, and Orthodontics.
• If needed, Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment in accordance with infection control protocols.
