Krumly Dental Care in Seattle, WA is seeking a dedicated Dental Receptionist to join our team. The role focuses on scheduling, patient communication, and accurate record-keeping to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of reception experience, strong dental terminology knowledge, and familiarity with infection control practices. The position is on-site with a Monday–Friday schedule and potential Saturday coverage.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.
• Familiarity with infection control practices.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls, schedule patients, and perform follow-up calls.
• Maintain accurate patient charts and dental records.
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure necessary materials are ready.
• Assist the dentist during procedures as needed, including exams, fillings, extractions, crown preps, implants, and root canals.
• Sterilize instruments and uphold infection control protocols.
