What You’ll Do as a Front Desk Agent

Responsibilities

As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll play a key role in ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable. Your responsibilities will include:

• Registering and assigning rooms to guests.
• Confirming phone and online reservations.
• Responding to guest needs, requests, and complaints with professionalism and care.
• Collecting payments from departing guests and maintaining accurate records of occupied rooms and guest information.
• Communicating important guest details to designated departments.
• Building rapport with guests to ensure a welcoming and friendly experience.

This position reports directly to the Lodging Manager and General Manager.
