Burke Williams Day Spas, Inc. is seeking a Front Desk Agent / Spa Concierge for the Mission Viejo Burke Williams Spa. This role offers Part Time / Full Time schedules with starting pay at $21 per hour.

You will welcome guests, handle check-ins, explain memberships, guide spa services and retail, and help maintain a warm, luxurious environment. We value personable, service‑driven professionals who thrive in a luxury wellness setting and can work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Position Requirements

• Complete Front Desk Training at Burke Williams Training Facility
• Be able to work in multiple departments (Concierge, Front Desk, Spa Attendant)
• Ability to stand, walk for 95% of shift, and lift items for organizing and cleaning the spa and retail areas.
