Job Summary
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests. This includes handling check-ins and check-outs, responding to guest inquiries, and processing payments in compliance with hotel standards. You will play a key role in ensuring a welcoming and seamless guest experience while supporting the overall operations of the front desk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to guests and owners during check-ins, check-outs, and throughout their stay.
  • Manage reservations and confirmations efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain the organization and functionality of front desk operations.
  • Handle multiple tasks with attention to detail while staying service-focused.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and other departments via phone, email, and written messages. Document relevant information in logbooks as needed.
  • Resolve guest issues professionally and with a hospitable attitude.
  • Provide accurate information to guests and visitors about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. Coordinate special requests or arrangements as needed.
  • Adhere to all operational policies and procedures, including those related to cash and credit card handling, safety, and security. Maintain compliance with all hotel standards to consistently exceed guest expectations.

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Physical Requirements

  • Make sound decisions quickly and accurately, even in high-pressure situations.
  • Listen actively, understand, and address concerns raised by guests and coworkers effectively.
