You will greet customers, answer inquiries, upsell where appropriate, and help keep the showroom and warehouse organized. A 1+ year background in sales or customer service is expected, with a high school diploma required.

• 1+ years in sales, customer service, or sales support; high school diploma required.
• Clear, friendly, professional communication in person, phone, or email.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer inquiries by phone or email, and deliver exceptional service.
• Build strong relationships by learning needs and upselling opportunities.
• Support branch operations by assisting sales reps and pulling orders.
• Keep showroom organized and merchandised.
• Handle varied tasks from phones to product questions.
• Monitor warehouse layout and space utilization for efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing and Customer Service to fulfill orders.
• Perform other duties to support success.
