Job summary

Rush Enterprises Inc. is hiring a Parts Sales Representative - Front Counter to help external customers at the counter or by phone. You will sell commercial vehicle parts and ensure accurate documentation and timely SAP postings.

The role involves processing orders, managing returns, setting up daily shipments, and supporting dealership CSI and marketing initiatives. A GED or high school diploma and 6 months of OTC sales experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months’ OTC sales experience preferred in dealership or service setting.
• Familiarity with accounting and inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Sell parts to external and account customers, over the counter, through the shop, or on the phone.
• Ensure all parts movements are recorded in SAP and update repair orders in Service Link.
• Process returns, document sales per policy, and arrange daily shipments or pickups.
