Job summary

Rush Truck Centers is seeking a Parts Sales Representative for the front counter to sell commercial vehicle parts to external customers and take calls. You will process parts movements in SAP and keep repair orders updated in Service Link.

The role requires basic over-the-counter sales experience, familiarity with inventory software, and a commitment to Rush policies. A robust benefits package accompanies the position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Six months’ experience in over the counter sales.
• Familiarity with accounting and inventory tracking software.

Responsibilities

• Sell parts to external and account customers over the counter or by phone.
• Ensure all parts movements are documented in SAP promptly.
• Keep repair orders updated in Service Link.
• Initiate retail orders in Parts Link.
• Document all sales per Rush policies with signatures and payment details.
• Process credits for returned parts with invoice reference.
• Handle core and vendor returns per procedure.
• Maintain orderly records of orders, invoices, estimates, and parts.
• Arrange daily shipment, delivery, or pickup of orders.
• Solicit assigned accounts by phone.
• Participate in Dealership CSI and marketing activities.
