FACE FOUNDRIÉ is seeking a Front Bar Receptionist to greet guests, support sales, and maintain a welcoming, well-stocked store environment. You will engage with customers, explain FACE FOUNDRIÉ products, and collaborate with the Salon Manager to ensure smooth operations.

The role emphasizes high standards of service, adherence to procedures, and active participation in trainings and team meetings, with availability for nights and weekends. Prior experience in guest service is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service and sales environments.
• Phone etiquette and product recommendations experience encouraged.
• Salon or esthetics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain FACE FOUNDRIÉ standards.
• Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Salon Manager.
• Explain, sell, and recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Notify when supplies are low with the Salon Manager.
• Assist in all in-store operational processes.
• Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
• Follow timekeeping procedures.
• Attend mandatory training and team meetings.
• Follow safety, sanitation and hygiene procedures for board compliance.
• Keep the store clean and fully stocked.

The Front Bar Receptionist is responsible for creating a welcoming and positive experience for every guest that comes through the door. They are responsible for maintaining a positive environment and exceed standards in guest services, phone etiquette and product and service recommendations.

As a Front Bar Receptionist you will perform the following critical functions.

• Demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain standards of FACE FOUNDRIÉ.
• Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Salon Manager.
• Explain, sell, recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Work with the Salon Manager to notify when supplies are low.
• Assist in all in-store operational processes.
• Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
• Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures.
• Attend mandatory training and team meetings.
• Follow all safety, sanitation and hygiene procedures before, during and after services to ensure board compliance at all times.
• Responsible for keeping the store clean and fully stocked at all times.
