Responsibilities

• Demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain FACE FOUNDRIÉ standards.
• Schedule appointments with accuracy and extreme attention to detail.
• Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Manager.
• Explain, sell, and recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products to guests.
• Work with Operations Manager to identify when supplies are low.
• Assist in all in-store operational processes.
• Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
• Accurately follow all company timekeeping procedures.
• Attend mandatory training and team meetings.
• Follow safety, sanitation and hygiene procedures to ensure compliance at all times.
• Keep the store clean and fully stocked at all times.

The Front Bar Receptionist is responsible for creating a welcoming and inclusive experience for every guest that comes

through the door. They are responsible for maintaining a positive environment and exceeding standards in guest services,

phone etiquette and product and service recommendations.

As a Front Bar Receptionist you will perform the following critical functions.
