Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ is hiring a Front Bar Receptionist to create a welcoming guest experience and promote our skincare bar. The role emphasizes high customer service standards, product recommendations, and teamwork with the Salon Manager to maintain stock and store conditions.

Availability includes nights and weekends, with both full-time and part-time options. Candidates should have at least 1 year in guest services and a background in sales or marketing; esthetic students are preferred.

Qualifications

• Guest service experience required, minimum 1 year.
• Sales and marketing experience preferred.
• Salon experience preferred.
• Current esthetic students preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain FACE FOUNDRIÉ standards.
• Meet or exceed sales goals.
• Explain, sell, and recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Notify when supplies are low with Salon Manager.
• Assist in all in-store operational processes.
• Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
• Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures.
• Attend mandatory training and team meetings.
• Follow all safety, sanitation and hygiene procedures.
• Keep the store clean and fully stocked at all times.

The Front Bar Receptionist is responsible for creating a welcoming and positive experience for every guest that comes through the door. They are responsible for maintaining a positive environment and exceed standards in guest services, phone etiquette and product and service recommendations.

As a Front Bar Receptionist you will perform the following critical functions.

• Demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain standards of FACE FOUNDRIÉ.
• Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Salon Manager.
• Explain, sell, recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Work with the Salon Manager to notify when supplies are low.
• Assist in all in-store operational processes.
• Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
• Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures.
• Attend mandatory training and team meetings.
• Follow all safety, sanitation and hygiene procedures before, during and after services to ensure board compliance at all times.
• Responsible for keeping the store clean and fully stocked at all times.
