Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ is hiring a Front Bar Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service, assist in meeting sales goals, and maintain orderly scheduling and store operations. The role includes demonstrating FACE FOUNDRIÉ products, staying on top of stock, and ensuring cleanliness and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Guest service experience or similar customer-facing role.
• Experience in sales or marketing is a plus.
• Salon or skincare environment experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standard customer service and uphold FACE FOUNDRIÉ standards.
• Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Salon Manager.
• Maintain organized appointment schedule and in-store operations.
• Demonstrate, sell, and recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Notify management when supplies are low to ensure items are stocked.
• Help in all in-store operations and keep store clean and stocked.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures and timekeeping.
• Attend product training and team meetings.

Job Description:

As a Front Bar Receptionist you will perform the following critical functions.

• Demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain standards of FACE FOUNDRIÉ.
• Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Salon Manager.
• Responsible for maintaining an organized schedule.
• Demonstrate, sell, recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Work with the manager to notify when supplies of any kind are low to ensure we have all items on hand.
• Assist in all in store operational processes.
• Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
• Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures.
• Attend mandatory product training and team meetings.
• Follow all safety, sanitation and hygiene procedures before, during and after services; ensure board compliance at all times.
• Responsible for keeping the store clean and fully stocked at all times.
