Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ is seeking a Front Bar Receptionist to deliver outstanding guest service, drive sales, and maintain an organized, clean skincare bar environment. You will greet clients, manage schedules, process transactions, and support in-store operations in a fast-paced, inclusive setting.

This role requires 1 year of guest service and sales experience, preferred salon exposure, the ability to lift 25 pounds, and weekend/evening availability.

Qualifications

• 1 year of guest service experience or more.
• Sales experience in a retail or salon environment preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate high standards of customer service and FACE FOUNDRIÉ standards.
• Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Salon Manager.
• Maintain an organized schedule and lobby/retail area.
• Demonstrate, sell, and recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Assist in all in-store operational processes.
• Ensure store cleanliness and stocked conditions.
• Follow timekeeping procedures and attend training/meetings.
• Open/close duties including sanitation and restocking areas.

Job Description

As a Front Bar Receptionist, you will perform the following critical functions.

• Demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain standards of FACE FOUNDRIÉ.
• Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Salon Manager.
• Responsible for maintaining an organized schedule.
• Demonstrate, sell, and recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Work with the manager to notify when supplies of any kind are low to ensure we have all items on hand.
• Assist in all in-store operational processes.
• Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
• Accurately follow all company timekeeping procedures.
• Attend mandatory product training and team meetings.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures before, during, and after services; ensure board compliance at all times.
• Responsible for keeping the store clean and fully stocked at all times.
• Opening and closing responsibilities include, but are not limited to: sanitizing treatment rooms and high-touch areas, restocking treatment rooms, workstations, and back stock areas, managing and completing laundry (linens & towels), ensuring all areas are organized, stocked, and guest-ready at all times, cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and restocking restroom supplies, vacuuming and mopping all floors, dusting treatment rooms, retail shelving, and common areas, cleaning interior windows and mirrors

Experience
