Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ is seeking a Front Bar Receptionist in Los Gatos to deliver outstanding guest service and drive sales. This part-time role requires maintaining schedules, demonstrating FACE FOUNDRIÉ products, and assisting in all store operations.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of guest service experience, with a background in sales and marketing. Salon experience is preferred. Pay starts at $22/hour plus commissions on memberships and product sales.

• Salon experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standards of customer service and uphold FACE FOUNDRIÉ standards.
• Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Salon Manager.
• Maintain an organized schedule.
• Demonstrate, sell, and recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Notify management when supplies are low and keep items on hand.
• Assist in in-store operations.
• Ensure store standards at all times.
• Follow company time-keeping procedures.
• Attend mandatory product training and team meetings.
• Follow safety, sanitation and hygiene procedures; ensure board compliance.
• Keep the store clean and fully stocked at all times.

Job Description

As a Front Bar Receptionist you will perform the following critical functions.

• Demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain standards of FACE FOUNDRIÉ.
• Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Salon Manager.
• Responsible for maintaining an organized schedule.
• Demonstrate, sell, recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Work with the manager to notify when supplies of any kind are low to ensure we have all items on hand.
• Assist in all in store operational processes.
• Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
• Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures.
• Attend mandatory product training and team meetings.
• Follow all safety, sanitation and hygiene procedures before, during and after services; ensure board compliance at all times.
• Responsible for keeping the store clean and fully stocked at all times.
