Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ in Los Gatos, CA is seeking a Front Bar Receptionist to deliver friendly guest service, manage check-ins, assist in sales of products, and keep the front of house organized.

This part-time role requires 1 year of guest service and sales experience; a high school diploma; and a passion for skincare. Pay is $22/hour plus commissions on memberships and product sales; training provided; in-store operations and safety standards expected.

Qualifications

• Guest service experience (1 year) required.
• Sales and marketing experience.
• Preferred salon experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain FACE FOUNDRIÉ standards.
• Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Salon Manager.
• Maintain an organized schedule.
• Demonstrate, sell, recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Notify manager when supplies are low to ensure items are stocked.
• Assist in all in-store operational processes.
• Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
• Follow timekeeping procedures accurately.
• Attend mandatory product training and team meetings.
• Follow safety, sanitation and hygiene procedures; ensure board compliance.
• Keep the store clean and fully stocked at all times.

Job Description:

As a Front Bar Receptionist you will perform the following critical functions.

• Demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain standards of FACE FOUNDRIÉ.

• Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Salon Manager.

• Responsible for maintaining an organized schedule.

• Demonstrate, sell, recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.

• Work with the manager to notify when supplies of any kind are low to ensure we have all items on hand.

• Assist in all in store operational processes.

• Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.

• Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures.

• Attend mandatory product training and team meetings.

• Follow all safety, sanitation and hygiene procedures before, during and after services; ensure board compliance at all times.

• Responsible for keeping the store clean and fully stocked at all times.
