Job summary

Wings Over is hiring Crew Members to join our team. You will be cross-trained across FOH and BOH stations, greeting guests, taking orders, and helping with food prep and service. You will help maintain clean, safe workstations and deliver great guest experiences while working nights, weekends or holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have legal US work authorization.
• Flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Passion for food and guest service.
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively.
• Ability to multitask and problem solve.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in person and on the phone and take orders in our POS system.
• Breading and frying chicken, saucing, assembling orders, food prep, and washing dishes.
• Keep all workstations clean, organized, and compliant with health, safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Deliver friendly, genuine service and resolve questions, concerns, or complaints.
• Contribute to store goals and sales growth.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Stay neat in Wings Over uniform and follow dress code.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
