Job summary

Wings Over in Storrs is seeking Crew Members to join our team. You will be cross-trained in both Front of House and Back of House workstations, including greeting guests, taking orders, breading and frying chicken, saucing and food prep.

You will help keep all areas clean, safe, and organized while delivering friendly, gold-standard experiences and resolving questions or concerns. Flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement exist.

Qualifications

• Legal US work authorization.
• Flexible schedule including nights, holidays and weekends.
• Passion for food and guest service.
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively.
• Ability to multitask and problem solve.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Trains to be familiar with FOH and BOH workstations and greets guests in-person and on the phone.
• Takes orders in the POS system, breading and frying chicken, saucing, assembling orders and washing dishes.
• Keeps workstations clean, organized and follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Delivers friendly, gold standard experiences and resolves questions or complaints.
• Contributes to store goals and sales growth while maintaining attendance and appearance.
