Wings Over is hiring Crew Members to join our team in Boston. You will be cross-trained in Front of House and Back of House roles, greeting guests, taking orders, food prep, and maintaining clean, safe workstations.

Qualifications

• Legal US work authorization.
• Flexible Schedule - Available nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Passion for food and guest service.
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively.
• Ability to multitask and problem solve.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Trains to be familiar with FOH and BOH workstations, greeting guests, taking orders in POS.
• Keeps all workstations clean, organized, and follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Delivers friendly, gold standard experiences to customers, resolving questions or concerns.
• Contributes to Wings Over efforts to achieve store goals and sales growth.
• Maintains regular and punctual attendance.
• Wears the Wings Over uniform and adheres to dress code.
• Other related duties as assigned.
