Bon Appetit is hiring for baker positions at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH. We offer full-time and part-time roles with a pay range of $15.00 to $17.00 per hour and a variety of benefits.

Responsibilities include baking breads and desserts, following recipes and production sheets, maintaining sanitation, and assisting with production records. Open availability and prior bakery experience are required for this role.

Qualifications

• One year of bakery experience is required.
• Ability to move up to 25–50 pounds of sugar and flour with or without accommodation.

Responsabilités

• Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies and other pastries per production sheets.
• Maintain sanitation and proper equipment use.
• Assist with production records and waste tracking; report shortages to supervisor.
• Ensure proper presentation, quality, and serving temperatures.
• Interact with customers and address concerns in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Complete shift work in a timely and thorough manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
