Job summary

CWS Apartment Homes is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a new property in Frisco, TX. You will perform make-ready tasks, respond to service requests, and participate in preventative maintenance to keep the community safe and inviting.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year maintenance experience, EPA/HVAC/CPO certifications, a valid driver’s license, and basic tools. The role may require varying schedules and travel between properties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum 1 year experience in apartment maintenance or related trade
• EPA/HVAC/CPO certifications required to qualify
• Must have valid driver’s license and insurance

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments
• Complete service requests in a timely manner
• Perform common area maintenance
• Maintain inventory and shop organization
• Participate in preventative maintenance program
• Respond to emergencies and on-call rotations
