Job summary

Kreps-Colgan & Associates seeks a Commercial Lending Market Leader in Frisco to champion the bank’s brand, grow loan and deposit volumes, and drive public relations for new business in the Frisco market.

The role includes overseeing the Commercial Lending team, meeting with customers, reviewing loan applications, managing portfolios and credit files, and expanding relationships through community engagement and referrals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field required.
• Five (5) years’ of commercial lending experience required.
• Five (5) years’ of banking experience required.
• Must have proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and service loan and deposit volumes for the Frisco market.
• Oversee Commercial Lending team, mentor, coach and evaluate.
• Meet with existing and potential customers to solicit quality sound loans that meet policy guidelines.
• Review loan applications and financial information, including collateral; oversee documentation and loan closing.
• Manage denials and withdrawals and maintain proper file documentation.
• Manage the portfolio and credit/collateral exceptions; handle past due and problem loans.
• Develop new deposit and loan relationships and prospect new opportunities.
• Engage in community events and networking to grow market share.
• Attend loan committees if applicable and perform other duties as assigned.
